 Cash on Delivery (COD)

6. Shipping & Delivery

 We ship within the UAE only.
 Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days.
 Delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, or public holidays.

7. Exchange & Returns

We offer exchanges only in the following case:

Defective Products
 Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
 The product must be proven defective or not working.
 Bitvae UAE will cover the return and replacement shipping cost.

Conditions
 Original packaging and accessories must be included.
 Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered. Exchanges are provided only for defective items.
